How you can help?
You can help us in several ways---- to serve the cause of visually challenged children in India.Our aim is to give them a shelter first ,then good nutrition and then excellent education and skills for employment.
You can donate your time and talents if you live closeby in Bangalore.You can volunteer---You can teach an hour or more each week----sing songs,play music or give music lessons.!
You can donate money either in India or abroad,
by check/demand draft made payable to:
" Mathru Educational Trust for the Blind".
If paid in India, the donation amount is eligible for IT deduction under section 80G of IT Act. [50% of the donation amount is deductable from taxable income.]
Please send your cheque through registered post or reliable courier service.
If you are in North America, consider donating through:

with instruction to pass on the amount for projects with Mathru School.
You can donate musical instruments,Braille books,computers,audio CD's and so on;also books for our library used by teachers and students.[Please do not send clothes or furniture as we are already overloaded with these.!]
